Seignac, Guillaume, France 1870 to 1924 Oil Paintings
Guillaume Seignac was brought into the world in Rennes, France, in 1870 and passed on in 1924. He was a French academic painter. From 1889 to 1895, he prepared at the Julian Academy in Paris; his instructors incorporated the infamous Gabriel Ferrier, Tony Robert-Fleury, and William Bouguereau. Seignac's work was viewed as symbolic, depicting kind and even fanciful topics. He consistently showed his work at the Salon, winning a few honors and respects.
