Renoir, Pierre Auguste, France 1841 to 1919 Oil Paintings

Pierre Auguste Renoir was born in France. He was one of the organizers and driving types of IMPRESSIONISM from the last part of the 1860s, creating a portion of the development's most celebrated pictures of joyful leisure. In 1862 Renoir entered the studio of Gleyre and framed an enduring fellowship with Monet, Sisley, and Bazille. He broke with his Impressionist partners to display at the Salon from 1878, and from 1884 he painted in a more straight style obliged to the Old Masters. His basic standing has experienced the numerous minor works he created during his later years.
