Returned merchandise must be in the same condition as purchased. Cancelling an order prior to image approval (before painting production) will result in a charge of 6% of the total purchase amount to cover transaction fee.

Shipping Policies

FREE Shipping, including frames! Paintings that are in stock are shipped within 24hrs. All other paintings take 3 weeks to paint. A digital photo of the painting shall be emailed to the customer for approval before actual shipment. We ship oil paintings and frames to our customers via: Worldwide FREE Shipping* * Duties/taxes/fees to recipient. Shipment of rolled paintings outside the US is free of charge. Shipment of specials, stretched, and framed paintings entails 50% co-pay by the customer. (For example, co-pay for a shipment of a 20"X24" framed painting to Europe is $75). Shipment of framed paintings outside the US is limited in size due to freight restrictions.
